Bernard J. Putz, Ph.D/MBA,. Director, Co-Founder, Strategic Advisor.
Bernard is originally a native of Austria. He is not only the co-founder and a Director of Peritus,
but also our key strategic advisor. Bernard is an expert in Operational Excellence, Organization Behavior, implementation of cross
functional projects, and taking products and services to market. He has worked in the Big Five Consulting
firms for many years and took the
plunge into self-employment in 2001. He also is an accomplished speaker and author.

Ro Leaphart, Mentor and Advisor.
Born and raised in the United States, Ms. Leaphart is a recognized expert in global
trade regulations, international business development, and related systems. Over the
past 30 years, Ms. Leaphart has carried out international expansion work in over 55
countries and has conducted business meetings and negotiations in over 20 countries.
She has held seminars in Indonesia utilizing interpreters, arranged multilingual
employee conferences, and presented valuation and product information to non-English
speaking Tax and Customs authorities in Japan, Netherlands, France, Germany, Canada,
and Mexico. She values and understands the needs of business professionals utilizing
translation services and has learned to appreciate the benefits of working with
quality-conscious language professionals. She holds a Bachelor's degree from the
University of California at Berkeley in English, and attended Stanford for formal
finance training. She is the author and publisher of two English language text-books:
The Basics of Importing and CHB Exam Prep; and a contributing editor for Douglas
Long's textbook: International Logistics: Global Supply Chain Management, published
by Kluwer Academic Publishing, in English, Spanish, Japanese, German and Serbian.
