All translations are offered from and to English.
Translation is charged on a per-word basis in the target language (the language into which the translation is performed), except for Non-Latin character languages, which are charged based on the English source or target text. Editing and proofreading can be charged either on a per word or hourly basis, depending on the project. Additional services, including multilingual graphic production, localization, linguistic Quality Assurance services, multimedia and audio/video production are charged at hourly rates.

Translation service includes basic proofreading, basic formatting, electronic document delivery, and a laser-printed hardcopy of the translation. Translation service does not include subsequent editing and proofreading by additional language professionals. Such services depend on the purpose of the translation. For example, documents that will be published widely should be edited by a second language professional and proofread thoroughly after desktop publishing. Documents that are intended for internal use only and for information purposes only, may not need to be edited. Editing and proofreading services are charged separately.
